Upon arrival, our room was not cleaned when we checked in at 8pm. The bins were still full, and there wasn't even soap in the bathroom. I felt unsafe with a room that couldn't be locked from the outside, and the receptionist was unhelpful and cold about our concerns.

It was just an excellent fit for a hurried visit in Crawley (West Sussex) with very good value for money. The breakfast was a bit disappointing, but the pub nearby was a great find. For those without a car, consider ordering food delivery as there's not much to walk to around here.
